Group Conditions

To ensure a professional, pleasant and organised service, please take note of the following group conditions.

General Terms and Conditions
• Our group offers are valid for a minimum of 10 paying guests.
Group promotion: for every 20 paying guests, the 21st is our guest.
• Our restaurant’s maximum capacity is approximately 58–60 people, and during the summer months, it can be expanded to 70–80 people.
• We generally offer a single menu for groups.
• Menu changes are only possible in the case of allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements and must be communicated in writing in advance.
• We also accommodate religious dietary requirements with prior arrangement.

Drinks & Service
• Bread and VAT are included in the price.
• Tap water is charged at CHF 1.00 per person (approximately 1 liter for every 4 people) and must be confirmed in advance when choosing your menu.
• Tips are optional and not included in the price.

Final Confirmation & Payment
• The final number of participants and any special requests must be communicated in writing no later than 4 days before the event.
• A reservation is considered final only after written confirmation from the restaurant.
• Group reservations generally require advance payment.
• The full amount must be credited to our bank account at least 3 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If the agreed payment is not received within the established timeframe and an alternative payment method has not been agreed upon, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation for organizational reasons.
